For 7 years I had been working Saturdays and Sunda

For 7 years I had been working Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility throughout the weeks was the trade off. With the markets shut down I have been able to lean into these weekend days with gratitude. Today I did something I haven’t done in 8 years- straight up yoga! Y’all it was hard on my wrists and my hips (don’t lie), hard there too, but thankful for @e.gartland commitment to helping me show up. That it matters to try and start. And there is no room for comparison when it is for your own personal growth. (Honestly I like virtual yoga classes). Then I popped on over to this feed and saw @heydaypdx was @roseandlincoln !!! Living so close I walked over in the rain. These businesses are doing an amazing job sharing kindness and goodness into this year. Thankful to have found them and support them. I am super excited about this opportunity to teach!!! This workshop is going to be so fun! Learn how to block print! No previous experience needed! (If you do, we will brush up those skills!!) AND @angelavineyards class kit comes with wine!!! What a lovely pairing!!! It is all virtual, and class comes with supplies so you can safely create at home! Would you join me on Dec 5th?!! Side note: I have my BFA and MFA degrees in Studio Art with an emphasis in printmaking. I taught undergraduate printmaking classes in grad school and taught 2 years at a middle school in MN!!
